First 10 Minutes After Delivery

• Inspect the box/crate for shipping damage before signing.
• Take photos immediately if anything looks off.
• Confirm all accessories are in the box (use checklist).
• Do not power on until fully assembled and inspected.
• Keep packaging for 48 hours in case of a freight claim.

Power & Electrical Warnings

• Use the correct extension cord gauge (100' cord spec).
• Dedicated circuit recommended.
• Do NOT use undersized cords — it causes motor damage.
• Verify outlet type (220V vs 110V, if applicable).
• On a generator? Confirm it meets the machine's wattage/voltage spec.

Break-In Period

• First 1–2 hours: take lighter passes.
• Avoid max pressure right away.
• Let the motor and bearings seat properly.
• Recheck fasteners after the first job.

Tooling

• Always match tooling to surface hardness.
• Soft bond = hard concrete.
• Hard bond = soft concrete.
• Never mix bond types on the same head.
• Rotate tooling evenly to maximize life.
• Expect tooling to “open up” after the first few minutes.

De-Asher Operation

For best performance, run the vacuum continuously for approximately 30 minutes. After 30 minutes:

• Turn OFF the vacuum switch.
• Turn ON the dust cleaning (self-cleaning) switch for about 10 seconds to clear the filter.

The self-cleaning switch does not need to stay on continuously — a 10-second cycle is enough.

Filter Guide
