About Workhorse Grinders

Workhorse Grinders was built for people who actually show up to the jobsite and put machines to work.

We design and build heavy-duty concrete grinders and dust collection systems that are meant to earn their keep — day after day, slab after slab. No gimmicks. No fragile parts. Just proven equipment built to handle real-world abuse.

Every Workhorse machine is engineered with one goal in mind: keep you grinding and making money. That’s why we overbuild where it matters, stock replacement parts in-house, and back our machines with real support from a tech team that knows the equipment inside and out.

We believe your tools should work as hard as you do. When you invest in Workhorse, you’re not just buying a machine — you’re partnering with a brand that stands behind its products for the long haul.

Built tough. Supported for life.

That’s the Workhorse way.

Dealers

We don’t just sell machines — we build dealer partnerships.

Workhorse Grinders is committed to supporting our dealers  with reliable equipment, consistent inventory, fast parts access, and real technical support when it matters. Our machines are designed to perform in the field, and our systems are built to support the businesses selling them.As a Workhorse dealer, you’re backed by:

  • Proven, jobsite-tested equipment
  • A dedicated tech team that knows the machines inside and out
  • In-stock replacement parts to minimize downtime
  • Clear warranty policies with no guesswork
  • A manufacturer that actually answers the phone

We protect our brand so you can protect yours. That means consistent quality, honest communication, and long-term support — not short-term wins.

You’re partnered with a manufacturer that has your back before, during, and after the sale.

We’re Humans

When you contact us, you’re talking to real people who know these machines — not a call center reading scripts.

We build this equipment, we run it, and we stand behind it.

If something breaks, we don’t disappear.

Register Your Machine

To activate warranty coverage, the equipment must be registered within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.

Registration must include the machine’s Unique Equipment Identifier (UEI), which is located on the nameplate and consists of the production date followed by additional characters printed on the plate.

Warranty coverage is valid only for the original purchaser and is tied specifically to the registered Unique Equipment Identifier. Failure to register within 30 days may result in denial or limitation of coverage.

Tampering with or altering the nameplate or Unique Equipment Identifier will void all warranty coverage.

Original Purchaser Limitation

This Limited Warranty is extended exclusively to the original purchaser of the equipment and is not transferable under any circumstances. Warranty coverage applies only to the person or legal entity identified on the original sales invoice.

Any resale, transfer, lease, assignment, or change of ownership of the equipment automatically voids all remaining warranty coverage, including any extended or lifetime protection plans, unless expressly authorized in writing by Workhorse Grinders.

Proof of original purchase may be required to validate any warranty claim.

Warranty coverage requires product registration within 30 days of purchase.

Lifetime Limited Warranty – Terms & Conditions

  • Replace the unit (if deemed necessary)

This warranty is limited to parts replacement only unless otherwise approved in writing.

How to Claim Your Warranty?

If something ever breaks, don’t sweat it — we make the warranty process simple and straightforward.

Step 1: Reach Out
Contact our support team and let us know what’s going on. A quick description of the issue (photos or a short video help a lot) will get things moving fast.

Step 2: We Diagnose It
Our tech team will review the issue and help diagnose the problem. In many cases, we can troubleshoot it with you on the spot and get you back to work without missing a beat.

Step 3: Parts or Repair
If a replacement part is needed, we’ll ship it out or walk you through the next steps. We keep parts in stock and machines supported so downtime stays minimal.

What’s Covered?
Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use for the original purchaser. Abuse, misuse, or normal wear items are not covered — but we’ll always help point you in the right direction.

Our goal is simple:
Keep your Workhorse working.

When you invest in our machines, you’re not on your own. If something goes wrong, you call us — and we’ll help you get it handled.

We offer free shipping to both commercial and residential addresses throughout the lower 48 states. No hidden freight fees. No surprises at checkout.

Every Workhorse machine is professionally packaged and shipped with trusted freight partners to ensure it arrives safe, secure, and ready to work — whether it’s headed to a shop, warehouse, or straight to your driveway.

What to Expect:

  • Free freight shipping within the continental U.S.
  • Delivery to commercial or residential addresses
  • Secure crating and professional handling
  • Delivery appointment coordination when required

Some residential or specialty deliveries may require lift-gate service or additional access coordination. If that applies, we’ll handle it upfront and keep you in the loop — no last-minute headaches.

From our warehouse to your doorstep or jobsite, we take care of the logistics so you can focus on getting to work.

Delivery Inspection & Damage Policy

We take pride in how our machines are packaged and shipped, but once freight leaves our dock, it’s important to inspect everything carefully upon delivery.

Inspect Before Signing

When your Workhorse machine arrives, take a few minutes to inspect the crate and equipment before signing the delivery receipt. Look for any visible damage, crushed corners, punctures, or signs of mishandling.

If You See Damage
  • Note the damage clearly on the delivery receipt before signing
  • Take photos of the crate and the machine
  • Contact our support team immediately so we can help file a freight claim
  • Signing for delivery without noting visible damage may limit our ability to assist with claims.

Concealed Damage

If damage is discovered after uncrating:
  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos and a description of the issue
  • Do not discard packaging until we’ve reviewed the claim

Do Not Refuse Delivery

Unless the shipment is clearly destroyed or unsafe, do not refuse delivery without contacting us first. Refused shipments can cause delays and additional freight charges.

We’ll Help Handle It

If a valid freight-related issue occurs, we’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible — whether that means replacement parts, repair, or next steps.

Our goal:

Get your Workhorse machines delivered safely and keep you working with minimal downtime.

If anything looks off, reach out right away — we’ve got your back.

HEPA Filter Replacement Guidelines

For optimal performance and OSHA-compliant dust control, HEPA filters should be replaced every 6 months or 300 operating hours — whichever comes first.

Regular inspection is recommendedbefore and after each major project.

Signs your filter may need replacement:
  • Noticeable loss of suction
  • Reduced airflow even after using the de-asher
  • Increased motor strain or higher amp draw
  • Visible dust bypass or leakage
  • Filter remains heavily loaded after cleaning
Overused filters restrict airflow, reduce dust containment efficiency, and can put unnecessary strain on the vacuum motor. Replacing filters on schedule ensures maximum suction, proper dust capture, and longer equipment life.

Tooling Replacement Guidelines

Diamond tooling should be inspected before and after each job. Replace tooling when the diamond segment is worn down to approximately 1–2mm of remaining material or when cutting performance noticeably decreases.

Signs your tooling needs replacement:
  • Slower grinding speed
  • Increased machine vibration
  • Uneven scratch pattern
  • Excess heat or glazing
  • Segment height visibly low or uneven
Running tooling too low can reduce productivity, damage backing plates, and strain your machine. Replacing segments at the proper time ensures optimal cutting performance, cleaner finishes, and longer equipment life.
